We’re a UK-based wellness brand that delivers potent, natural supplements in frozen cube format — no pills, powders, or preservatives.

2. Using Our Website

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

We ask that you use our website responsibly. That means:

  • No illegal activity
  • No copying or reusing content without permission
  • No misuse of our site (like attempting to hack or disrupt it)

All content on this site including product descriptions, branding, and images - belongs to Ritual Cubes LTD.

3. Product Information

We aim to be transparent and accurate, but please note:

  • Our products are natural food supplements — not medicines
  • They’re designed to support general well-being, not to treat or cure any medical condition
  • Individual results may vary
  • Photos and packaging may differ slightly from what arrives (we sometimes tweak recipes to improve them)

Always check the ingredient list if you have allergies or dietary restrictions. Consult your doctor if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication.

4. Ordering & Payment

Once you place an order and receive a confirmation email, that’s when your contract with us begins.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel an order (e.g. if there’s a pricing error or a stock issue)
  • Limit quantities if necessary

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments are securely processed via Stripe — we never see your full payment details.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver within the UK only.

Delivery days: Wednesdays and Saturdays
Orders placed will be sent in the next available delivery slot.

Once your Ritual Cubes arrive:

  • Please freeze them within a few hours to maintain their active compounds
  • We are not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients
  • While we aim for timely delivery, we can't be held liable for courier delays

6. Returns & Refunds

Because Ritual Cubes are perishable, we cannot accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective.

Please contact us at hello@ritualcubes.com within 48 hours of delivery if:

  • Your order arrives defrosted, damaged, or missing items
  • Include your order number and clear photos

We'll offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. We don’t offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

7. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promo codes must be applied at checkout — they can’t be added later.
Only one discount code can be used per order, unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to withdraw or change promotions at any time.

8. Reviews & Feedback

We welcome honest reviews and feedback.
By submitting content, you grant us the right to publish it (in part or whole) on our site or marketing materials.

We reserve the right to remove reviews we believe are fake, offensive, or violate our guidelines.

9. Intellectual Property

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the UK courts.
